New Expansion in Price Cuts for Los Angeles County Real Estate Market | Published: 3/17/2016 |...

The number of sellers reducing prices in the Los Angeles County market trended up to 3,409 over the last 30 days, extending a six-week streak. During the same period, 4,183 sales were completed. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less price reductions over the next few weeks. Even as the number of sellers reducing price trended higher, months of inventory continued to climb, trending upwards for eight weeks to reach three months. With inventory so low and sales rising, Los Angeles County is a seller's market.
